Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. If an item is faulty or not as described, we will fix it. Loupes are made to order and, like all our other items, cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Damaged in shipping? We package every order carefully, but if an item arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp and we will replace it.
