If for any reason your goods are faulty on receipt we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a refund or exchange however Smart. Safety Glasses is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If the product is deemed faulty please contact email@example.com with your concerns and documentation of your purchase. We will endevour to refund or your original payment method within 3-5 business days of item received.
Please note Smart. Safety Glasses:
- will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty or incorrect.
- cannot accept returns for any reason other than if it is faulty after 30 days from the dispatch date. If before then, items must be in original packaging, with original tags attatched.
- is not obligated to refund an item due to a change of mind.
- under no circumstances will our products be refunded or exchanged if they been worn in clinic or without original packaging or tags intact (unless product is deemed faulty). This due to infection control purposes.
As a small business we do hope you understand.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage as per our warranties. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Although we package every order carefully to prevent damage in transit, occasionally an item will arrive damaged or defective. Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
